Nitro 120H cottered roller chain is a heavy duty, high strength ANSI roller chain. Our 120H roller chain is made with thicker link plates to improve the strength & durability. Heavy duty roller chain is able to withstand more demanding industrial & agricultural applications for longer periods of time over standard ANSI roller chains. 120H roller chain can be used on the sprockets as 120 roller chain, so you can easily upgrade to our 120H chain. We also offer extra 120H connecting links & 120H offset links.

Features
Thicker Link Plates
The Heavy series chains are enhanced by using thicker link plates. This adds fatigue strength, allowing the chain to withstand higher & repeated shock loads.
Cottered Construction
Cottered chains are built with cotter pins down one side of the chain. This eliminates the need of grinding off a staked (riveted) pin to remove a chain link.
Solid Roller
Manufactured with solid cold-forged rollers for smoother contact with the sprocket teeth and to resist distorting under heavy loads.
Pre-Loaded
After assembly, all Nitro chains are pre-loaded to a minimum load required by the industry standard. Pre-loading seats the chain joint that eliminates any initial elongation in a new chain.
Lubrication
Pre-lubricated in a special formulated lubricant through a hot-dipping process. This process is critical to ensure the lubricant penetrates and thoroughly coats the internals of the chain. The special lubricant offers better retention (less spin-out) and improved wear protection over chains that are cold-dipped.
Heat Treated
Advanced heat treatment is applied to achieve optimum hardness for strength and wear resistance.
Shot Peened
To combat fatigue failure from repetitive loads & wear, a compressive stress layer is added through shot peening.
Product Care & Maintenance
