Description & Specifications
Nitro Chain #200 Riveted Roller Chain is engineered built for powering heavy-duty industrial machinery and demanding applications. This single-strand ANSI #200 chain features wide waist plates, solid bushings and solid rollers, delivering improved wear and fatigue resistance for extended service life—up to 2x to 3x longer than chains with split bushings.
Adhering to ANSI B29.1 standards, this riveted roller chain ensures seamless compatibility with any #200 sprockets, making it ideal for construction equipment, mining operations, conveyors, and other demanding environments where reliability is critical.

Features
Solid Roller
Manufactured with solid cold-forged rollers for smoother contact with the sprocket teeth and to resist distorting under heavy loads.
Solid Bushing
Built with solid cold-forged bushings for superior wear resistance that results in service life 2x to 3x greater than split bushing chains. See the solid bushing advantage.
Pre-Loaded
After assembly, all Nitro chains are pre-loaded to a minimum load required by the industry standard. Pre-loading seats the chain joint that eliminates any initial elongation in a new chain.
Lubrication
Pre-lubricated in a special formulated lubricant through a hot-dipping process. This process is critical to ensure the lubricant penetrates and thoroughly coats the internals of the chain. The special lubricant offers better retention (less spin-out) and improved wear protection over chains that are cold-dipped.
Heat Treated
Advanced heat treatment is applied to achieve optimum hardness for strength and wear resistance.
Shot Peened
To combat fatigue failure from repetitive loads & wear, a compressive stress layer is added through shot peening.
Product Care & Maintenance
Maintenance and lubrication is crucial in the overall performance and life span of roller chain. Proper lubrication will reduce abrasion, chain wear, friction, noise and keep chains running cooler at higher RPM's. You can download the Nitro Roller Chain Care below.
