Our latest generation (N2 Series) #35 roller chain offers superior strength and fatigue resistance through high-quality manufactured and heat treated components. A key feature in our #35 chain is the cold forged solid bushings that provide better lubricant retention, wear resistance and better service life over split bushing chains. After final assembly, all chains are pre-loaded to remove inital stretch, then hot-dipped in a special pre-lubricant. The 100ft rolls of 35 roller chain are spooled on a reel for easier handling and storage.
The chain fully conforms to the latest ANSI B29.1 roller chain standards with strength ratings that exceed the minimum requirements.

Features
Solid Roller
Manufactured with solid cold-forged rollers for smoother contact with the sprocket teeth and to resist distorting under heavy loads.
Pre-Loaded
After assembly, all Nitro chains are pre-loaded to a minimum load required by the industry standard. Pre-loading seats the chain joint that eliminates any initial elongation in a new chain.
Lubrication
Pre-lubricated in a special formulated lubricant through a hot-dipping process. This process is critical to ensure the lubricant penetrates and thoroughly coats the internals of the chain. The special lubricant offers better retention (less spin-out) and improved wear protection over chains that are cold-dipped.
Heat Treated
Advanced heat treatment is applied to achieve optimum hardness for strength and wear resistance.
Shot Peened
To combat fatigue failure from repetitive loads & wear, a compressive stress layer is added through shot peening.
Product Care & Maintenance
