Nitro #35 roller chain is a high quality roller chain that is manufactured to ANSI B29.1 industry standards. #35 roller chain is such a small chain that its actually a rollerless chain. Our #35 chain is always manufactured from quality carbon steel and each chain component goes through precision heat treatment to increase the strength, wear resistance and longevity. Chain components also go through a shot peening process that improves the fatigue resistance & helps protect against stress fractures. Rest assured that our chain will keep your machines running due to our strict quality standards. The 50ft lengths are spooled on a heavy duty reel for easier storage and handling.

Features
Solid Bushing
Built with solid cold-forged bushings for superior wear resistance that results in service life 2x to 3x greater than split bushing chains. See the solid bushing advantage.
Pre-Loaded
After assembly, all Nitro chains are pre-loaded to a minimum load required by the industry standard. Pre-loading seats the chain joint that eliminates any initial elongation in a new chain.
Lubrication
Pre-lubricated in a special formulated lubricant through a hot-dipping process. This process is critical to ensure the lubricant penetrates and thoroughly coats the internals of the chain. The special lubricant offers better retention (less spin-out) and improved wear protection over chains that are cold-dipped.
Heat Treated
Advanced heat treatment is applied to achieve optimum hardness for strength and wear resistance.
Shot Peened
To combat fatigue failure from repetitive loads & wear, a compressive stress layer is added through shot peening.
Product Care & Maintenance
