Nitro® 80H Heavy Series Roller Chain is built for demanding single-strand drive applications. The 80H features thicker inner and outer link plates that significantly increase working load capacity and improve resistance to the shock loads and cyclic stress that lead to fatigue failure. If your application involves impact loading, frequent starts and stops, or high sustained tension, the 80H is a great option.
Available in standard 10-foot rolls and bulk lengths, our 80H chain is manufactured to ANSI B29.1 standards and is a true drop-in replacement for ANSI 80 chain on single-strand drives — no sprocket changes required, provided adequate side clearance exists for the slightly wider plate profile.
