Nitro® pintle chains are manufactured with structural-grade alloy steel pins that are through-hardened for deep strength throughout the core. Each pin is quad-staked to handle heavy shock loads and reduce the risk of pin walk-out during high-impact operation. Our heat-treated sidebars are carefully hardened to exact specifications, providing a balanced combination of wear resistance, tensile strength, and flexibility.

Direction Of Travel
