Super Premium Roller Chain

This special line of chain is built for applications that require extreme strength and superior resistance to fatigue. On average our SP (Super Premium) roller chain is 28% stronger than ANSI roller chains. The additional strength is achieved by manufacturing the chain with improved dimensional changes, higher grade material and thru hardened pins with quad staking. These features enhances our premium chains strength to withstand higher loads and frequent load changes that may lead into high jolting shock loads. Due to the nature of chain this chain there are no offset links available and none should be used to maintain the chains integrity. Most sizes only come with a pressed fit connecting link.
