Weld on sprockets & hubs are a universal option that offers a wide range of sprocket/hub configurations to choose from.

1. Select Sprocket By Chain Size & Tooth Count
2. Select Hub By Bore Type (Finished, Hex, Splined Or Square) & Bore Size

The Sprockets

Weld on sprockets are made to conform to ANSI B29.1 standards for sprockets. Nitro sprockets are manufactured from 1045CD (Cold Drawn) carbon steel with hardened teeth and finished with black oxide.

The Hubs

Hubs are available in a wide range of bore styles such as round bore, hex bore, square bore & splined bore. All Nitro X hubs are manufactured from 1020CD (Cold Drawn) carbon steel and finished with black oxide. Most hubs are furnished with either a keyway, setscrews or both depending on the bore style.
