WH150 X 10FT Welded Steel Chain

The Nitro WH150 chain is built for the toughest conveyors and processing applications. Each component is manufactured from material selected specifically for its role, giving the chain the best balance of strength, performance and wear resistance. Every part is heat treated in modern, computer-controlled furnaces, so hardening is accurate and consistent from chain to chain.

What sets the WH150 apart is that the pins, bushings and sidebars are all hardened. A standard WR150 chain hardens only the pins and bushings, which is suitable for lighter duty. The WH150 adds hardened sidebars to deliver the highest strength available in this size, built for applications where abrasion, shock loading and heavy material flow would wear down a WR150 chain faster.

Common applications include bottom drag conveyors, lumber and sawmill processing machines, and recycling processing equipment. If your conveyor runs in demanding conditions, the WH150 is the upgrade over the WR150 chain.
