25 roller chain is an ANSI B29.1 standard roller chain size with a 1/4" pitch. Our 25 chain is manufactured from quality material with precision heat treatment applied each inliidual chain components. The 100ft rolls of 25 chain is spooled on a reel for easier handling and storage. All Nitro 25 roller chains are pre-loaded after assembly to eliminate any initial stretching. After assembly our chain is pre-lubricated by being dipped in a hot oil bath that helps penetrate all the chain joints.

Features
Solid Roller
Manufactured with solid cold-forged rollers for smoother contact with the sprocket teeth and to resist distorting under heavy loads.
Pre-Loaded
After assembly, all Nitro chains are pre-loaded to a minimum load required by the industry standard. Pre-loading seats the chain joint that eliminates any initial elongation in a new chain.
Lubrication
Pre-lubricated in a special formulated lubricant through a hot-dipping process. This process is critical to ensure the lubricant penetrates and thoroughly coats the internals of the chain. The special lubricant offers better retention (less spin-out) and improved wear protection over chains that are cold-dipped.
Heat Treated
Advanced heat treatment is applied to achieve optimum hardness for strength and wear resistance.
Shot Peened
To combat fatigue failure from repetitive loads & wear, a compressive stress layer is added through shot peening.
Product Care & Maintenance
