WA12 Taper Bush Weld On Hub

The Nitro WA12 Taper Bush Weld-On Hub is a heavy-duty weld-on hub designed to provide a secure and dependable shaft connection in demanding applications. Precision-machined from 1020 cold drawn (CD) steel and finished with a black oxide coating, this hub delivers excellent strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.

Engineered to accept a 1215 taper bushing, the WA12 hub offers a strong, concentric fit that ensures smooth power transmission and easy assembly or disassembly. Its Type WA design features a heavier construction compared to standard Type S hubs, making it ideal for high-torque or heavy-load applications where a firmer fit to the shaft is essential.

The WA12 hub is commonly welded onto sprockets, pulleys, conveyor rollers, and agitators, providing a tight connection that performs reliably under continuous industrial operation.
